[Drawkit] DrawKit b6 now available

It's more than you'd think. I started working on it due to an
infinite loop in the style
Registry code as a result of using an int for the index which resulted
in while(1). When I started there were 3600 or so warnings generated
( between the results of the cocoa64 script and the impliit 64 to 32
conversion warning). If you'd like a patch I can generate one when
I'm done.
