[Drawkit] DrawKit Beta5 compile

Graham,

In the process of trying to figure out why my application is crashing,  
I decided to start with updating the DrawKit framework to the latest  
release to see if that solves the problem. I downloaded the Beta 5  
files and then tried to compile them. The compile fails with 2 errors  
related to missing resources in the "copy bundle resource" phase of  
the build. The missing files are:

(1) release notes
(2) Subclassing Notes.txt

It looks like there is a "PlansSpecsDos" directory missing from the  
zip file that you made available on the apptree website.

It's no problem to delete these files from the copy phase and get it  
to build, but I thought you'd want to know.
