Rudy,

My sincere apologies, I did receive your email but for some reason it  
got buried under a ton of others and I forgot to respond.

After much thought and consideration of the extensive input I received  
on the list, I have decided that I probably will never be able to get  
DrawKit to work both ways on commercial vs. non-commercial use so I  
plan to drop all terms from the license other than the usual BSD. In  
other words DrawKit will have a standard BSD license and will be free  
for any use.

I haven't got around to changing the license yet (so much to do...)  
but you can take this message as written confirmation of my intention  
to do so.
