[Drawkit] DXFReader framework and DKSimpleDXF example application

Graham,

I managed to pull together a first pass at the DXFReader framework and  
have posted it along with my modified version of your DK Mini Demo  
program if you or anyone else is interested in taking a look.

The DKSimpleDXF program implements the DXFReader framework and also  
provide a few simple commands to programmatically create DK objects  
under the "File" menu. Along with the demo program I have included a  
couple example DXF files that can be loaded into a DK drawing. One is  
a simple shape file and the other is an architectural floorplan.  
Perhaps you'll find it pretty cool to see an architectural plan in DK  
-- I did.

I have been in touch with the SonoPlot folks (Brad and Michael) and we  
are planning on working together on further development of the  
DXFReader framework. I submitted this as a project to SourceForge and  
will hopefully have a link to pass along soon. We'll post periodic  
updates here to keep you informed of our progress.
