[Drawkit] rescaling

Hi Graham,

Suppose I have a drawing in millimeters and I want to scale it to  
centemeters. The obvious first step would be to resize the grid with a  
new distance between span units. Then I would assume that I'd have to  
cycle through my layers and rescale using an AffineTransform that  
would scale from mm to cm. Is that a correct approach, or would  
resizing the grid automatically resize the other layers?
