[Drawkit] Documentation ?

Hi Pierre,

The documentation in the B3 SDK is indeed in Omni Outliner format, as  
that's where I'm currently editing it. OO3 was distributed free with  
consumer Macs a while ago, it still may be - it shouldn't be too hard  
to find a copy.

I'm attaching the latest draft as a PDF to this message - but please  
do be aware that it's very incomplete, has no illustrations and most  
definitely isn't in final form.
