[Drawkit] Questions on control knobs

A compromise, which should be adequate: I have added a +setKnobMask:  
method to DKDrawableShape. This allows you to suppress specific knobs  
for all instances of the class. I'm a little reluctant to make this a  
per-instance property, because odds are for 99.9% of the time, it will  
be redundant information. I know 32 bits per object isn't much, but  
every little helps!
